Playing Time

Indicates the position of the track playing (in bars).

Output visual

Click on Switch Visual to choose  the visual display option. Disable Output Visual by deselecting this option in the View Menu.

Command panel

Gives you control to play the song.

FLStudio/pause (space) : to start from the actual position and pause the song.

Stop (backspace) : stops the song and positions itself at the beginning of the song

Forward (4) / Backwards (6) : springs forward / backwards per 16 units

Snap Panel

Adjust the snap value by clicking on the arrows or by dragging the box located between the arrows up or down by holding down the left mouse-button .

View panel

Controls the sample browser (left of the grid).

There are 6 options.

Shows the sample browser on the left..

Check Track settings.

It shows the track settings. You get this same window when you hit the 'prop' button :

Shows all sample settings. You get this same window when you right click on a sample on the grid.

Grafphical representation of the WAV

Draws a graphical representation of the WAV file on the grid. Take care: this can slow down your system.

Show envelope

Draws the envelope on the sample on the grid.

Visual effects

Switchs between audio grid an lightshow/video grid.

Check Visual Effects.

Minimised

Draws the grid the way it uses the least space. All tracks are drawed in their minimum heigth.

You can always use the Zoom button top left or the zoom selectors bottom right to adjust your view.

These zoom selectors (horizontal en vertical) enables you to zoom in/out on your grid.
